The exam was conducted on 17 May 2026. The HPSC application process started on 16 February 2026 and candidates were able to submit their applications until 09 March 2026. The total number of posts is 1672. Candidates can check their Result using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number or Date of Birth by logging into the portal. Eligibility requires M.Sc. in Computer Science or MCA or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 55% marks along with HTET/STET qualification. The selection process includes Screening Test, Subject Knowledge Test, Interview, Document Verification and Medical Examination. Age limit is 18 to 42 years as on 09 March 2026 with relaxation as per rules. Application fee varies from Rs. 1000 for General/EWS to Rs. 250 for SC/BC/ESM/Female and zero for PH candidates.
